The STERK 31 is a 9.7 m performance boat crafted with passion, featuring modern Mediterranean design, bold lines, and a focus on pure driving pleasure.

The driver’s position feels ergonomic, intuitive, and visually stunning. Sport Seats with flip-up bolsters and side support allow seated and standing helming. Angled dash designed for full visibility and glare reduction, even at high speed.

The convertible U-shaped lounge with sunbed transforms the deck into a vibrant social zone—perfect for open-air dining, entertaining, and romantic sunsets. Passenger seats with a leaning function ensure safe, enjoyable cruising. Bow and cabin storage keep everything neatly organized.

Finished in classic white with silver accents, almond Nautilus upholstery, and EVA soft-teak decking. Equipped with a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a C E-certified tank, and a foldable ladder.

The progressive hull of every STERK is optimized for maximum speed and agile handling. Extensive CFD testing ensures safe, precise control. The double-stepped, deep-V hull with strategically placed spray rails increases lift and reduces spray. A new and unique feature is the hook rails at the stern, which, along with negative chines, provide superior grip, reduced heeling, and high cornering stability—a STERK signature.

The 31 accommodates up to nine passengers and provides ample deck space, including generous sunbeds and a spacious cockpit.
